Concrete Blocks - Precision

Precision concrete blocks are the most widely used type of concrete masonry unit. They have square edges and smooth textures. Sepulveda Building Materials stocks a wide variety concrete block colors and textures, so you are sure to find a block that will enhance your project. The colors and textures have natural variations, adding an organic appeal to your wall or other structure.

Also known as Concrete Masonry Units, Concrete Blocks need to be selected properly by the type of block that is best suited for your job, whether it is slump block, split face, or precision block. Be sure to specify the proper type or types to be used and their locations.

A sample panel is important, because it serves as a visual aid for the mason and the architect. This reduces disagreements about workmanship standards. In lieu of the sample panel, begin work in the most obvious section designated by the architect, and use this as the sample panel.
