Offers a "Wet Look" appearance in a water based formula for concrete, masonry, unglazed tile, stone, and grout. This easy to apply and non-yellowing formula provides a barrier against oil, water based stains, acids, and efflorescence indoors and outdoors - with excellent UV and abrasion resistance. Waterbased sealer designed to give the surface that "deepened wet look" appearance - once only achievable using a solvent-based product. Revolutionary chemistry decreases drying time and increases water and grease resistancy. VOC compliant. Features: Excellent repelling of oil and grease stains. "Wet Look" high gloss appearance. Faster drying, long lasting protection. Never yellows. Greater resistancy to scuffing and scratching.

Product application

Indoor or outdoor applications. Great for exposed aggregate, natural and manufactured stone, slate, brick, stamped concrete, and unglazed tile. Do not shake container! Application 2-3 light coats with a quality sponge, sponge mop, brush or low pressure/airless sprayer. Do Not allow product to puddle. Always TEST for verify penetration, protective ability, and satisfaction of sealed appearance. Sealer will be milky white on application but will dry clear within 15-20 mins. Additional coats are recommended on more porous surfaces or heavy traffic areas. Each coat should be dry to the touch before applying another coat. Clean up applicators with water immediately. Caution: Avoid heavy use for up to 72 hours. Do not freeze. Sealer will continue to cure up to 10 days. When acide has been used for any reason, the surface must be neutralized with Glaze 'N Seal Neutralizing Rinse. Always read product label carefully before using!
